Im just posting my full build so far as it is nearly where i want it. This was based off Varg's MC Hammer build and was originally Divine Oracle. I decided to try Anointed Army one day and never looked back. I also wanted to give credit to Geeks for recommending the feat Battle Fervor in the Virtuous paragon. Last but not least Phoebee has helped tremendously with this build.
Originally I wanted this to be a jack of all trades build. I wanted to be able to buff/debuff for Dragonflight so Phoebee wasnt the only one out there. But i also wanted to do some dps so running dailies solo wasnt such a pain. Lets not forget I wanted to be able to toss a heal here and there for good measure. I think i succeeded quite well going with Divine Oracle. Leveling to 70 was a breeze and attaining the boons on all the campaigns wasnt too much of a task either.
However as i have continued to develop the build changing to Anointed Champion, Ive noticed less of a need for personal dps and more of a need to get my main daily (Annointed Army) as fast as possible. My focus has become all Power and Recovery on offense to achieve this. I sacrificed quite a bit of crit and armor pen as a result. I love where she is at right now so its time to share.
Race/Starting Roll:
Im not going to list all the races viable for a dc. Im sure most can figure it out for themselves. You want a lot of Wisdom and Charisma. I wanted to try and focus on deflect on the defense side so Halfling was a no brainer for me. Halfling was +2 Dex and +2 Charisma
Strength - 12
Constitution - 10
Dexterity - 12
Intelligence - 10
Wisdom - 16
Charisma - 18
All points go to Wisdom and Charisma while leveling.
Feats:
Heroic Feats:
- Healing Action 4/5 (gain 4% more action points whenever you use a healing ablility)
- Greater Forgune 3/3 (your wisdom now grants 3% more healing)
- Domain Synergy 5/5 (gain 5% more recovery)
- Repurpose Soul 3/3 (when one of your spells crits, the target of that spell disperses a small aoe heal, healing you and your allies for 15% of the spell's effect)
- Bountiful Fortune 5/5 (gain 15% more divine power) (im not entirely sure this is necessary any longer. i would have to test without it to see if i gain enough divinity, but it stays for now)
Paragon Feats (remember to go Anointed Champion):
Righteous Path
- Astral Fury 5/5 (you deal 10% more damage)
- Furious Intervention 5/5 (you generate 10% more action points when dealing damage)
- Weapons of Light 5/5 (allies within 30' have their power increased by 10% of your power)
- Bear Your Sins 5/5 (foes who are under the effect of one of your damage over time effects take 10% more damage from all sources)
- Condemning Gaze 5/5 (your damaging encounter powers apply a stack of Condemned to affected targets for 30 seconds. if a foe reaches 5 stacks they take 15% more damage from all sources for 15 seconds)
- Fire of the Gods 5/5 (when you critically strike a foe they are set ablaze, taking 100% of your weapon damage every second for 15 seconds. this effect does not stack)
- Avatar of the Divine 1/1 (When you enter combat you gain Avatar. Avatar increases your damage by 40% and increases your cooldown speed by 40% for 25 seconds. after you have activated Avatar you cannot benefit from it again for 60 seconds.)
Virtuous Path
- Lasting Wishes 5/5 (you heal for 10% more)
- Battle Fervor 5/5 (Blessing of Battle's buff now also increases affected target's power by 15% of your power)
