I'm doing some planning now for my character so I have a few questions to figure out my best route 1. Should I spend all my AD to buy a belt of Wisdom (if price hasn't went up) tonight since its double refinement? Or is there a better belt coming in Tiamet update? I'm a cleric. 2. What is more cost effective, ranking my runes up myself (currently 5-7s, mostly 6) or just buying the higher ranked ones off auction house? 3. How can I make AD. I'm poor and always have been. I know alts for invoking and leadership is good but I only have 1 alt . Is spending AD to get 800zen for character slot worth it? I know playing the auction house is good to I heard but I have no idea on any things price so I probably wouldn't make much. Salvaging is a decent way (double salavage is how I got all my AD, 300k lol) 4. Is it worth spending AD to get Zen to respec or should i wait until mod 6 which I heard comes with a free respec due to lvl 70. My build is full healer and works awesomely however I ran with Fury and his hybrid build heals just as well and probably would be more fun as I can dps. Sorry this post was so long

I find making Gemmed Exquisite items from 20 crafting skills the most stable income in the game.
On average I spend just under 400k AD per day on consumables (Dragon Eggs etc.) with a general return of 600k-1.3m depending on outcomes each day. It does take alot of capital and reinvestment to get the ball rolling tho.
You will be waiting along time until Mod 6. Not sure if you get a freebie before then but for the sake of 100K you'll gain that back from being more efficient anyway assuming you're spec'd right.
For Runes it seems to be case by case you need to look at all the costs and see the best way forward the wiki shows how many Greater Potency and RP you need etc. The ones I'm looking for currently seem good to buy until 8 at which point (if I calc'd right) appears more efficient to self make into 9s.

I cant help you on some of your issues dude, I`m surprised you are poor after a double AD event though I also avoid spoilers so I actually have no idea what artefact items we are going to and whether they will be better than the belts we have at the moment. Cost wise I think its best to rank your own runes up to rank 7, it then becomes a whole lot more expensive to level them up more. We just received a free respec token, did you not get one dude? I think it can be worth spending 500Z on a respec but only if you think your character needs it. I personally went and got the Hierloom Pack for 2000Z as you get a respec token with that, along with a 24 item bag, a fairly decent companion, a character slot and some items to help you out if you make another character. Companion and items can be used on every future character as well which is nice.

1. I definatly wouldnt recommend spending all your AD on the belt, while it will provide a good boost you can invest the AD elsewhere and make more, if youd have another 100-200k left over afterwards its a ok option, but anything under 100k and id invest it to make more. Also when tiamant does release there will be new double stat belts dropping, so you may be interested there, and if not prices will drop slighty just from new belts being out 2. If your buying the resources out right (marks of potency, pres wards or RP items) id definatly just buy rank 7 and upgrade from there, upgrading a few with resources you get from dungeons and elsewhere will help make more AD in the long run 4. Its never "worth" respeccing, it is a loss of resources for what i consider nothing. but at the same time if your not happy with the build you run then its the best thing you could spend your AD on, i was bored with my healer tell i went a bit more to the dps side now i am also considering a respec to make him a bit stronger since he keeps everyone way to alive as it is.
Now for the big part. 3. Making AD is all depending on how long you can play and intend to play. i have 11 characters all doing leadership and other professions, and right now bring in about 120k+ a day just from the leadership and selling some professions resources, none of them have a level 20 profession so this is without selling purple items. With that said, i have played since day one and takes a considerable amount of time to do aswell as not really paying out for the first few months compared to what you've spent, so if you dont see yourself still playing this come christmas time, leadership and alts would be to much of an investment compared to your slow return Some other suggestions than to what is already here -Playing the AD-Zen exchange, you can buy and wait for price to rise, or i commonly buy for 1 lower, and sell 1 higher, doesnt make to much if your not rich but its a simple flip. -Converting your gold to ad, very easy just by buying major health/injuries kits in 99x stacks and sellin them in the trade house, you can also buy items in PE and do the same, just requires paying attention a bit to learn conversion rates -Selling off stat potions you have setting around

personally i wouldnt hold out to long just for a sale, could be atleast a month and possibly never. More slots = more ad = more slots when there on sale, even at 250 ad ea zen its only 100k per character, 3 good skirmish hours and you've already recovered a third of the cost. Add in some from epic salvage, invoke and selling the professions pack from neverdeath graveyard and you can easily be over 60k in less than a week if you've got the time to play.

That's a good tip forgot that the seal epics can be salvaged, also if your not hitting your 24k refine cap on a character, buying epics to salvage from the AH can make a little bit extra, even if its only 500 profit a item.

This. I made about 70k profit by doing this. Bought stuff on the cheap and saved it for the double salvage. Of course, who knows how long itll be til we get another one of those. But check for the surgeons ring, i think it salvages for 6k (someone please verify) and i always found them in the AH fof a couple thousand less
