FEATS AND BOONSHEROIC FEATSHealing Action (0/0): Adds 1-5% extra AP from healing abilities - This has been tested and only procs with BoH and HW. Those are two powers that won't make it into my build. Basically, I don't like powers that are single-purpose. I need my encounters to hurt/heal or hurt/debuff/buff.
Greater Fortune (3/3): 3% bonus healing - Meh, but you have to pick SOMETHING.
Toughness (3/3): 9% maximum HP - Outstanding feat. Should be in every build. Contributes to GS and by the end of the game, it means A LOT.
Holy Resolve (3/3): Gain 15% of your maximum hit points as temporary hit points when you drop below 30% hit points. This is your personal Divine Gift. It combos well with Soul Forged
Domain Synergy (0/5): Gain 1/2/3/4/5% more recovery. This looks great until you realize what that 5% actually represents. If your REC is at 3000, this means you are wasting FIVE feat points for 150 REC, lol. PASS.
Weapon Mastery (3/3): 3% greater chance to land a critical hit. Pretty nice. Not something that sends chills up my leg, but nice all the same. Most useful in adding to your GS with the STR and CRIT bonus.
Initiate of the Faith (0/5): Your CRIT stat is increased by .2/.4/.6/.8/1.0% of your POW stat. Much like Domain Synergy, it looks great at first until you notice that 1% of a decent POW score (+6K) comes down to ~60 CRIT... LOL. Five feat points for something that cheap potions can give me?
Repurpose Soul (3/3): Famously bugged. Doesn't work with AOE crits. Ultimately, you have to put some points in to advance to the next tier. IoF is crap and so is BW. Put your points here and hope they fix it?
Battlewise (0/3): Basically, it's like SOOTHE. Forget it, you'll never notice it.
Cleanse (1/3): When you heal an ally, you have a 10/20/30% chance to remove a negative effect from them. Pretty great, but 10% is PLENTY of proc here. You will see CLEANSE come up all the time. Yay. It would be amazing if it cured revive-sickness. ONE POINT ONLY.
Templar’s domain (0/5): When dealing damage, you have a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to gain 30% more armor penetration for 5 seconds. Man, I wanted to love this feat. When tested, the cooldown is FIVE MINUTES. Boo.
Bountiful fortune (4/5): Gain 3/6/9/12/15% more divine power. This is my jam right here. Divinity is everything to a DC and if I ever get another feat point to spend, it's going to go here.
PARAGON FEATS
I'm not going to bother listing feats that I don't use here. If you want to ask questions or debate them with me, I will be happy to oblige. As a hybrid, the VIRTUOUS tree is where you belong. I would argue that FAITHFUL is best for pure healers and RIGHTEOUS is best for pure DPS... having said that, we will sample a bit from the RIGHTEOUS tree because everybody loves a cherry on top and kicking ass is the tastiest cherry.
VIRTUOUSLasting Wishes (5/5): Heal for 10% more. Well, sure.
Have Faith (5/5): People that receive HoT effects from you will receive 5% damage resist from you. If you're using Astral Seal as your primary at-will, you will be basically mitigating 5% damage party-wide all the time. OPAF.
Purity (5/5): HoT effects have a 10% chance to heal allies for an additional 200%. When your party is in trouble, seeing PURITY flash on the screen makes you happy. It's a butt-saver.
Virtue's Gift (5/5): HoT effects heal for 20% more when you are above 75% health. You should almost always be above 75% health.
Shield of the Divine (1/1): Basically, if you're taking damage, you're healing people. When your allies are taking damage, you're healing people. Hard to beat for one point.
RIGHTEOUS
Astral Fury (5/5): Deal 10% more damage. There's that ass-kicking cherry I was talking about.
Righteous Suffering (5/5): When you take damage, you deal 10% more damage for 10 secs. During boss fights, when you've got your shield up and the ADS are pounding on your back every DPS counts and now you're popping 10% more.
BOONS
Clerics are a tough lot. I chose all the ones that benefitted my DPS ability, 200 POW, 200 CRIT, 200 ARP, 200 LS, CRIT SEVERITY
