So wow what a day, I get up this morning and what do I see but the tattered remains of my daughters backpack victim of the damn dog (4 am) and of course this is her favorite so now Im off to work 430 am...get half way there and realize I forgot my phone and need it for work, so bust a U-turn get the phone 450am (have to be there by 5am) plenty of time to make it check my phone see that I have a missed message crap my driver can't make in today and I have a full truck ( I work in shipping and receiving ) make it in plenty of time I was even able to get a back up driver, woot but wait there is more....guess what my driver forgot to do before he left and called out today. Forgot he had the truck keys in his pocket, lucky he lives close to work so I jump in my car and go get the keys (only have one set the other set was lost), make it through this ordeal undamaged to much. Then 11am lunch, noon back to the grind, walk in and oh by the way I was told that I'm the MOD (manager on duty) usually no big deal but today must've been the unruly customer day cause I got all of the them I was called every name in the book (if you worked retail or customer service you know) I make it till quitting time 330pm ( hour and half over due to a meeting)...now comes the lets hop from target to target to replace this backpack. Went home changed headed out on my quest. I get to the first target no dice (could've use Angie's roll hack) went to the next target great success kinda get in line my turn and boom no wallet or cash damnit 430pm need to get Kendal at 5pm and I cant let my baby girl down so I high tail it home grab the cash and wallet and floor it to the target and great success I even made it home in time to get her a 5pm I think I earned some cool dad points...and of coarse a beer.

I feel your pain nami. I just left a meeting (in which I volunteered to assist with some late deliveries to one of our customers) and found out I will be working my "normal" hours some of this month, a second shift, and on-call for 3rd shift which includes weekends. Why did I volunteer for this....smh.
So my gaming time is going to be affected to some extent, I'm just not sure how much. My second shift duties don't start for a couple of weeks, but my 3rd shift on-call coverage starts soon. It depends on how many calls I have to take during the night.

My day yesterday consisted of getting poohed on by a bird (flying type), then whilst I look up for the culprit and a little annoyed I stood in dog Brad Pitt. So getting poohed on by a bird IS NOT GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

When I used to live in New Orleans I worked part time at lowes. Was absolutely crazy. Especially right after Hurricane Katrina
