This is a tough question. I finally completed my elven set for Bob, and as expected it made me look like a rotten tree. Luckily a few bottles of Draconic Black dye covered it up for the most part. I've seen some pretty bad looking armor in my time, but I'm not sure any is as hideous as the elven set. So my question to you guys is simple: What is the single ugliest piece of Elven gear you've seen in the game?
For me, the three most egregious things I've seen are the GWFs boots, the Clerics chest armor and my GFs helmet. The GFs helmet looks like somebody took a tiny potted plant and shoved my charaters head in it, then had some sort of diseased roots grow up out of the top of it. The DCs chest armor has what appears to be a wicker chair strapped on the back of it, and the GWFs boots make them look like they are transforming into swamp thing, or maybe a wookie.
For me it was a difficult choice. I think that the DCs wicker chair back armor is just downright silly, and the prominence of it makes it easy for all to see and ridicule. However, the GWFs boots are the single ugliest thing I've seen in the game yet so that gets my vote.
